k999 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and k999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming services available at k999-play.com. By accessing any part of the k999 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the k999 platform.

k999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the k999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register a k999 account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing and using k999 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of k999 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or self-excluded from k999 or have been notified that your account has been permanently closed by k999.

k999 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within seven days of request may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Registration

When you register a k999 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full name, date of birth, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information throughout the life of your account. k999 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold exactly one k999 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms. k999 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances held in them pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. k999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to k999 in writing prior to those transactions occurring.

3.4 Account Closure

k999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification. In cases of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits

All deposits on k999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k999 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — instant digital wallet
• SadaPay — instant digital wallet
• Bank IBFT — same-day to next business day processing
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit on k999 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit specified in these Terms, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Funds deposited via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your k999 balance within seconds. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

k999 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility. Deposits made to k999 are solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform and must not be used for any other purpose.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on k999 can be made at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative method approved by k999 support.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one to three business days
• k999 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed on funds associated with that bonus

k999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting photographic ID, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address. Verification requests are standard procedure and are not an indication of any wrongdoing. Players who fail to complete verification within 14 days of a request may have their withdrawal request cancelled and their account reviewed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

k999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry periods which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general bonus rules apply across all k999 promotions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms
• k999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including retroactively if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms
• One bonus per player, per promotion period, unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts
• Any winnings generated using bonus funds prior to the completion of wagering requirements are also treated as bonus funds until the requirement is met

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and PSL betting activity on k999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. k999 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed.
• In the event that a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, k999 will void all affected bets and return stakes to player balances
• Matches decided via DLS method are settled on the official DLS result. k999 reserves the right to void bets on specific markets that cannot be fairly settled under DLS conditions
• Minimum single bet stake: Rs 500. Maximum stake per market is displayed at the time of placing the bet
• k999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet or market at its discretion, including for PSL matches and international cricket events
• Bets placed in error remain valid and binding. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before confirming
• k999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical errors or data feed failures

Live in-play betting markets on k999 update in near-real time. Odds at the point of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled, regardless of subsequent movement. k999 is not responsible for delays in internet connection that may cause a player to miss a specific odds price.

8. Casino and Games

k999's casino section includes live dealer games, RNG (Random Number Generator) games, and crash games. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• All live dealer games on k999 are operated by licensed third-party studios. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and are part of these Terms
• Technical malfunctions in RNG games will result in the affected round being voided and any stake returned to the player's balance
• Crash game results are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players may independently verify each round result using the verification tool available in the game history section
• k999's published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical return percentages and are not a guarantee of individual session results
• Collusion, use of bots, or use of any software that provides an unfair advantage in any k999 game is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balance, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of the platform by any person under the age of 18
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating more than one k999 account
• Using a k999 account registered in another person's name
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human use
• Any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of inside information to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in k999's software or payment systems
• Chargeback fraud — initiating an unjustified chargeback with a bank or payment provider after depositing to k999
• Money laundering or using k999 for any transaction connected to illegal financial activity
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at k999 staff or other players

10. Privacy and Data

k999 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept k999's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In summary: k999 collects the minimum data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting k999 support, subject to our legal retention obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

k999 takes its responsibility to players seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player, accessible at any time from the account settings page:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set period of continuous play
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose in any given period
• Cool-off periods — take a 24-hour to 30-day break from the platform
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from all k999 services

12. Limitation of Liability

k999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's performance, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. k999 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on your side, or third-party payment provider delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits k999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. k999's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

k999 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, k999 will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact email is current. Your continued use of k999 following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
